Community Partnership

Hospital Physician Partners greatly values its relationships with the communities where we live, work and play and appreciates that to truly build partnerships, we must invest time, energy and resources in our local and client communities. Below are some examples of these partnerships and support.

American Diabetes Association

Hospital Physician Partners employees in the Jacksonvile, Florida corporate offices participated in raising over $2,000 in pledges for the ADA’s Step Out to Fight Diabetes in 2008 and were named one of the top 10 fund-raising teams.

Toys for Tots

Employees in Hospital Physician Partners’ Ft. Lauderdale corporate headquarters have donated to Toys for Tot’s for a number of years and continue to support this worthy cause.

Hope Foundation

A food drive for Broward county, Hospital Physician Partners and employees bring in food and purchase turkeys during the holidays.

Boys Club of Tampa

Each year, Hospital Physician Partners sponsors a table for Boys Club children to have lunch with the New York Yankees.

The Leukemia Society

In 2008, employees in Hopital Physician Partners’ Jacksonville, Florida corporate offices participated in “Light the Night.” This evening walk through downtown Jacksonville helped raise money for the Leukemia Society and featured hundreds of walkers and corporate teams.

Bethesda Hospital Foundation

Hospital Physician Partners has been a long-time sponsor of the Pro-Am golf tournament, the longest running Pro-Am in the United States. 2009 marked the 40th consecutive year for this event which raises money for Bethesda Memorial Hospital’s Heart Institute.

Hospital Physician Partners also supports organizations such as the Childrens Service Council (Clothes drive for displaced children in Broward County, Florida), American Red Cross Haitian Relief for Hurricanes and the Northeast Florida Blood Alliance.
