Hospital Physician Partners is seeking a full or part time physician to join our Emergency Department team at Buchanan General Hospital.
This ED treats 12,000 patients annually with 8 ED beds. Our physicians work 12 hour shifts with changes at 8am and 8pm.
The hospital has 134 beds and services that include: Medflight, Intensive Care Unit, Cardiac Care, Outpatient Surgery, Labor/Delivery, and Radiology.
Located in the beautiful mountains of Southwestern Virginia, Grundy offers many outdoor activities including hiking, camping, and fishing. This city is just 20 minutes from Breaks Interstate Park which contains the largest canyon east of the Mississippi River. Grundy is within 3 hours of numerous large cities including Lexington, KY and Roanoke, VA which provide many leisure time activities from shopping to theatre to museums.
